With each setting, you can feel it working different muscles in your chest, arms, and back. I really like this push-up board, though it does seem a little pricey and the board itself feels to be made of a cheap plastic and is hollow underneath; and I personally could do without the Bible verse and overused quotes printed on it. BUT I am incredibly satisfied with this purchase. I could tell a difference in the shape of my arms and chest after only using it for a week. I enjoy using this board and would most likely purchase it again. If you enjoy doing push-ups, this is definitely a level up. Recommended.
